Animal Impact Advisors was founded by Brooke Hackworth, a lifelong animal lover and advocate who wanted to close the gap between compassion and action. After seeing how many shelters struggled to secure steady funding and how many businesses wanted to help but did not know where to start, she set out to create a bridge between the two.
With a background in wellness, marketing, and partnership development, Brooke built AIA to make philanthropy more personal and purposeful. Today, the organization helps both sides focus on what matters most: caring for animals and creating impact that lasts.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Brooke Hackworth is a lifelong animal advocate, certified nutritionist, and business professional with a degree in Business Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her career began in marketing and wellness and evolved into a purpose-driven mission to create more impact for both people and animals.
With over a decade of experience in business strategy, community partnerships, and wellness education, Brooke brings a unique blend of heart and strategy to everything she does. She founded Animal Impact Advisors to make giving back to animals simple, transparent, and truly effective.
Brooke believes meaningful change happens when compassion meets action. Through Animal Impact Advisors, she helps businesses and shelters work together to create lasting partnerships that strengthen communities and save lives.
